After completing a VRIN analysis of the different advantages that my venture has I have come to the conclusion that my relationships with local businesses and their owners throughout the local community is my most advantageous because of the benefits that comes with it.
Hi Ethan!
ReplyDeleteI felt that your VRIN analysis was prompt, well-written, and straight to the point. I feel that social capital giving you more of an edge over your competitors makes a lot of sense, something that I also identified with when it came to conducting my own VRIN analysis. One thing I really found interesting was how you identified taking student loans as a valuable resource, something I wholly agree with, as every entrepreneur needs access to some financial capital in order to get things off the ground, so to speak.
Thanks for sharing!
Hey Ethan! Your VRIN analysis is extremely well versed and systematically written. It is good that after completing your VRIN you were able to determine your most advantageous resource. This is good as an entrepreneur to be able to identify these things
ReplyDeleteHi Ethan,
ReplyDeleteI think that you VRIN analysis was very easy to follow and to understand. I think that you have some very valuable resources at your disposal and it can really help start the foundation of you business. I think it is very interesting that you choose your relationships as you most important resource. I think some like this can really help you go a long way. It is not something I would have thought about. Good post!
