Five ways in which I have unique human capital is that I'm an original, out of the box thinker, I grew up going to private and public school so I grew up seeing a lot of different people from different socioeconomic backgrounds.  I have a strong determination to succeed in my goals and especially when I set my my mind on something. I also try to help people whenever I can because I try to be a nice person whenever I can be. I like to live by the mantra "do onto others as you would like to be done to you".

The first person that I  I interviewed I asked:

--What are some skills that you think I am particularly well versed in?

--Certain skills that I think you have are: determination, knowledgable, smart, and active. 

-What do you think makes me different?

-- I think you're different from other people just because I notice that a lot of the time whenever you're doing things you seem to actually care about getting it done right and getting it done well. One of the things I've seen you do it to go over.

-What are some things that set me apart from other people?

-- You're a well rounded person that I feel like can think out of the box because whenever I see that you're faced with a problem I see you step back and I assume that you're just trying to think of solutions.

Interviewing this person was a lot of fun and some of the key takeaways are the fact that some people think I have a lot of determination, am knowledgable, smart, and active which is really good because I try to be those things and I'm glad that I'm getting recognition for it.                                               

The second person I asked:  

-What are some skills that you think I am particularly well versed in?

--some of the skills that I think you are well versed in are skills that involve thinking because I know you and know how analytical you are of things.

-What do you think makes me different?

--I think you are different than other people because I know that you think before you act which is one of the most responsible things I've seen college kids do

-What are some things that set me apart from other people?

-- Some of the things that set you apart from other people is the fact that you don't care what other people think and you say your mind which is one thing that I wish I could be able to do.

Interviewing this person was very interesting because I didn't know someone realized my though process. I was really glad to get to interview this person because now I plan things with this person because someone who notices someone else doing something is more apt to doing that thing instead.

The third person I asked:

-What are some skills that you think I am particularly well versed in?

-- Some skills that I know you are well versed in is coding and I wish that I was as skilled as you are when it comes to coding because I know of the possible future applications for coding.

-What do you think makes me different?

-- I think you are different than other people because you genuinely try to be nice and help out other people which is different than most of the people here who are just trying to benefit themselves first.

-What are some things that set me apart from other people?

-- Some things that set you apart from other people is the fact that you put other people before you. Not a lot of people do that and it makes you much nicer.
